Currently, we have the following positions open:

TITLE: Sales Representative
Years of Experience: 1-3
Type of Position: Part time (15-25 hours per week, flexible)
Compensation: Monthly draw + % of contract
ABOUT THIS POSITION
We’re looking for a sales rock star to create and develop relationships with advertising decision-makers, while providing them with information about the transit advertising opportunities available in their market. This part-time position will pay a percentage of the contract once it's closed – with no cap (we believe you should reap what you sow)! A daily plan and effective use of our CRM software is key. Regular travel in central California is required.
QUALIFICATIONS

Self-starter who can succeed with minimal supervision

Sales-oriented and able to motivate customers

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Be conversational (to the degree preferred by client) and meet the style and personality of the individual client.

High level of professionalism (so important, it’s underlined!)

Able to multi-task and prioritize

Highly adaptable to change

Knowledge of Microsoft products, such as Excel and Word is a must
