demand-response transit services within the Visalia Urbanized Area.   An estimated population of 157,347 resides within VT's 50 square mile service area which includes the cities of Farmersville, Exeter, and the community of
Goshen.

The fixed route service consists of 13 routes, with 28 buses operating during peak weekday service. VT and Dial-A-Ride services are provided within the city limits and to designated unincorporated urban areas of the county.
